What types of tents do you offer?

We carry a comprehensive range of tents for every adventure, from lightweight backpacking tents (2-4 person) to large family tents (up to 8+ person). Our selection includes specialized air tents for easy setup and traditional camping tents for all seasons.

Do you sell complete camping sets?

While we don’t offer pre-packaged sets, our store is designed for you to easily build your perfect camping kit. Browse our categories for tents, sleeping gear (air beds, camp beds, mats), cooking equipment (BBQs, utensils), lighting, and storage solutions – everything you need for a comfortable outdoor experience.

Are your products suitable for extreme weather conditions?

Our range includes equipment for various conditions, but always check individual product specifications. Backpacking tents are generally lightweight for fair weather, while our 5-6 man and larger tents often feature more robust weather protection. For extreme conditions, look for products specifically marked as 4-season.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We proudly ship worldwide to fuel global adventures! However, we currently cannot deliver to Asia or certain remote regions due to logistical constraints. All orders ship from our Belfast warehouse at 57 Donegall Pass.

What are my shipping options?

Choose between two reliable options:
⚡ Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with tracking
🌍 Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over £50
Pro Tip: During peak season (May-August), order at least 3 weeks before your trip!

How long does order processing take?

Our team of outdoor enthusiasts carefully checks and packs each order within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your gear is adventure-ready and dispatched!

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is needed for one-time purchases, but creating an account lets you track orders faster and saves your details for future adventures. We never store your full payment information.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We stand behind our gear! If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Contact us at [email protected] to start the process. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Camping Tips

How do I choose the right tent size?

A good rule: subtract 1 from the “person” rating for comfort. A 4-man tent fits 3 comfortably with gear, while our 8-man tents are perfect for 6-7 people. Consider a vestibule for extra storage space!
