Our Returns Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our tents in a downpour.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Air Beds and Inflatable Beds (unless defective)
  • Camping Cutlery Sets (if packaging is opened)
  • Batteries (for safety reasons)

Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our adventure team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

We’ll respond within 48 hours with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (57 Donegall Pass, Belfast, GB CH6R 4AU)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Please ensure:

  • Items are in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging is included
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • You’ll receive email confirmation
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
