- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Best for when you need your gear quickly
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Great for budget-conscious adventurers
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

We stand behind our products just as we stand behind our adventurers. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our simple returns process ensures you can shop with confidence.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Air Beds and Inflatable Beds (unless defective)
- Camping Cutlery Sets (if packaging is opened)
- Batteries (for safety reasons)

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
We’ll respond within 48 hours with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
